So my mom got me the PINK method for christmas, which Dr. Phil says is the prefect way to lose weight and not gain it back because its constantly keeping you working and stuff and changing your meals. I’m excited to start it as well as my yoga class this quarter but part of me is worried that its not going to help me get this extra 15 lbs off. I’m not at a horrible weight for my height, but i know i could be skinnier and look a lot better than i do. freshman 15 is such a bitch, but i know it really isn’t just weight i’ve gained since i started college, but more like weight a started gaining my jr year of high school. 

I think today i am going to finish reading the journal that comes with the method, and fill whatever out in it, and then start the exercises!! I’m going to kick this weight in the ass!
